The story

Located on the Gulf of Suez coast between Ras Sudr and Abu Zenima. Hot mineral springs erupt from caverns at the base of Mount Hammam Faraun at temperatures up to 72°C, creating a natural steam sauna high in sulfur and trace minerals. Thermal streams cascade directly into the sea, forming therapeutic warm coastal bathing pools.

Visiting tips

Steam cavern sessions of 10-15 minutes are recommended followed by seawater bathing. Exercise caution near the scalding spring source.
